Return & refund policy:

Refunds are possible up to 14 days after receiving the product. However keep in mind that we are a small business. Feel free to reach out to us if: 

- The item(s) you have received are incorrect or missing.
- The item(s) you received got badly damaged in transit

Please contact us through our email ( info@aikograven.shop ) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in the same condition you received them in, unused and unworn, in their original packaging with a proof of purchase.

If the items are damaged, provide a picture as proof.

Custom made items, digital items, items bought on sale, perishable goods like food or plants, or unsealed goods that can't be reused for health or hygiene reasons, such as earrings are not eligible for returns. 

If the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address, we will get in contact with the buyer as soon as we have become aware of the issue. Items can be resend providing the buyer pays for shipping again. Other solutions can be negotiated.

Items can be returned if the buyer contacts us within 14 days of receiving the last item of the order. Be aware that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and that the items must be in original condition and/or packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Cancelation policy:

Have you changed your mind about an order and would like to cancel? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@aikograven.shop

Once shipping confirmation has been sent to the buyer, the order has been processed an it can no longer be cancelled.

A refund can be requested once the item has been received by the buyer (up to 14 days after receiving the last item within the order).

After canceling your order, funds may take up to 10 days to get back into your account.

Damaged items:

If the items you have received are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items at info@aikograven.shop with your order number and picture proof.
