Return & refund policy:
As a small business we can only accept refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the item(s) you have received are incorrect or missing.
- If the item(s) you received got badly damaged in transit
Please contact us through our email ( aikoillustrations@gmail.com ) within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in the same condition you received them in, unused and unworn, in their original packaging with a proof of purchase.
Custom made items, digital items, items bought on sale, perishable goods like food or plants, or unsealed goods that can't be reused for health or hygiene reasons, such as earrings are not eligible for returns.
We are not responsible for refunds where the buyer has provided an incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancelation policy:
Have you changed your mind about an order and would like to cancel? Please contact us as soon as possible at aikoillustrations@gmail.com
Once shipping confirmation has been sent to the buyer, the order has been processed an it can no longer be cancelled.
After canceling your order, funds may take up to 10 days to get back into your account.
Damaged items:
If the items you have received are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items at aikoillustrations@gmail.com with your order number and photo's. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds, but we'd gladly try to help you out as best as we can.
