Shipping policy
Processing times:
All orders are shipped from Limburg, The Netherlands.
Delivery dates are shown in the banner at the top of the page. On this day we will ship all accumulated orders and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your inbox. The website will update with a new shipping date as soon as all orders have been shipped.
Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, delivery times may vary depending on which country you are from.
International tracking numbers can take a few days before they become active. This is because I use a third party company to help me ship international packages and the tracking activates once they have physically received the packages.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dropped off at the local post office.
Delivery estimates:
Keep in mind that, once we have delivered your order at the post office, further shipping times are out of our control. Using the information from our local post office, these are the indicated transportation estimates per region:
Domestic (NL): 3 days to 1 week
Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
International: 3 to 10 weeks
Customs and import taxes
Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply. To avoid any surprises, please check your country's customs taxes prior to placing your order.
Tariffs
US customers have to pay extra tariff duties upfront with every order. Depending on the product, this can range from 15% up to 145%.
These extra costs are out of our control and could be changing from day to day. Paying these duties however, will prevent extra custom charges having to be paid once packages cross the border or arrive on your doorstep. Meaning, all duties will be paid upfront to make the shipping process faster and easier.
Lost orders:
We unfortunately have no control over packages once these have been dropped off at the local post office. We are not responsible for any lost mail and will not be able to provide any refunds.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order has the correct shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If any mistakes cause your parcel to be returned as a result of customer error, then it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.
If the tracking information states your package has been delivered, but hasn't, please contact your local post office directly.
In any case, we advice you to select a tracked shipping option.
